Screamin' Monkey and the Boy in the Mirror

Quick post to share 2 things with y'all. One, to show you how poor lil' Jeremy is [was] scared of the FlingShot Flying Monkey I have. The FlingShot Flying Monkey is cool... but thats another story. Basically what it is is self contained monkey sling shot that flies through the air. The motion of being shot through the air sets of the monkey screaming.

The scream. Apparently its a pretty freaky scream for Jeremy. The first few times we played with it in the house, it freaked Jeremy out. He cried right away...and every time it screamed. So we didn't play with it.

Eventually we tried getting him used to it. The pictures are from him when he wasn't used to it...so scary. The video is of him starting to get used to it. Check out the face he makes around 10 seconds into the video when Holly asks him if he is okay.




Now...this is awesome. Jordan just saw one of THE CUTEST kids in the world and couldn't stop looking at him. He was sitting in his exersaucer and then noticed the cute kid in the mirror. Man he could not stop looking at the beautiful boy the popped up out of nowhere. He was soooo happy.

























And this video is one of both boys just so you can get a Jordan fix. He is starting to get the crawling motion down. In this vid he tries to get on his hands and knees and rocks back and fourth. He got brave today and turned the rocking back and fourth in to a forward lunge!
