Hot off the success of their first single, God Undefeatable (which was released this last January), Jeremy put on an impromptu solo show at a local Target. This unauthorized video was sent in by a fan who was also happened to be at Target...

Automated call
Last week, Holly was made a call to fill a prescription and got connected to an automated phone system. She gave her name and then said the numbers for her prescription. The automated system repeated random numbers that didn't come close to what Holly said. She had no idea where the system was coming up with these random numbers, until the third try when she realized Jeremy was behing her yelling out numbers with her.
And now for a random fishing video from last Apri when we still had water in our neighborhood creek...

Sweet, sweet, Jeremy.
Recently we started noticing that Jeremy was pulling away from us emotionally. I thought at first his personality was changing, and I was sad but thought it was his way of becoming more independent. Then Frank mentioned that he didn't think Jeremy liked him much, and my response was "he doesn't like me much either". That was when we realized something was wrong. Our sweet, silly, full of JOY Jeremy was different. He was not making eye contact as much, and was not accepting hugs or kisses. He has been refusing hugs and kisses for a few weeks, we were not forcing them, but then he started pulling away more. We were not connecting at all. He seemed like he wasn't happy. He didn't laugh or smile much. (except with Jordan) He kept a grumpy look on his face most of the time.
Everyone that knows us, knows that we adore our boys. I spend all day loving them and reading to them and playing with them, but Jeremy needed more. Jordan on the other hand has never had trouble getting loving when he needed it. He will run give our legs hugs several times a day. If that's not enough he says "up please" and hugs us around the neck as long as he needs.
So I started watching Jeremy closely. I noticed that he always has his eyes on me even if he was playing. When I am reading to them and he gets up and leaves he needs me to keep eye contact with him. So that is why I have started always looking at him and smiling at him no matter what I am doing (glad I have the books memorized) so that he had that connection even when we weren't touching. Then I started just grabbing him every few min to hug and kiss and love on. He was grumpy with the hugs the first day, pushing me away and fussing, but soon started leaning in to them. The second day of this he hugged my legs twice on his own and was accepting kisses and hugs happily. That night we heard him laugh hysterically for the first time in weeks. He started smiling at us on his own and making eye contact constantly. Several people noticed the difference in him that day. Yesterday he pulled me to the floor gave me a huge juicy kiss and hugged me hard. He seems much less frustrated and able to handle stress much better, and has not bitten once.
He is now back to his goofy, silly, joyful little boy self. Smiling all the time.
The decline into himself was so slow, but coming back was almost overnight. THANK GOD! We now know that he pulls away when he is sad or hurt (emotionally) and we need to go to him. We need to constantly seek him out and cuddle with him especially when he is grumpy and pushing us away. I am so thankful we figured this out as soon as we did. I hope to teach him he is safe to seek comfort when he is sad or hurt. Thank you God for opening our eyes, and showing us what to do. We are still in shock and saddened by how close we came to loosing our joyful little boy. I will now be more aware of every change. This is a hard scary job. Glad we have God to guide us.

Jeremy Being Goofy
He had been sticking his tongue out a long time and making bitter beer faces...once I got the camera, not as much tongue hanging out, but still goofy.

New Baby Pics!
It has been a while, but here some pics from a couple at home "photo shoots." The photo album [CLICK HERE] was taken our first week home back on the 5th. I wasn't too excited at how they turned out so I was going to redo them, but time slipped by and now the kids are bigger. This second album [CLICKITY-CLICK HERE] was taken earlier this week. It started with the kids in their RAIDER onesies, then turned into nakey baby pics.
Holly's parents have been here since last Saturday and it has been awesome having family here. There are more "normal" pics of the boys and family/friends in the regular photo album with the most recent starting at pic #153 [CLICK HERE]. Both of Holly's parents have been cooking and watching the boys for us and it has been such a great week. Holly and I even had a lunch date alone at a fancy Italian place. The Olive Garden. That was our "fancy" night out for like the first 4 years of our life together. Holly took home some Tiramisu, so she was happy. Mr.Greg drove back home today and got there safely. We miss you already Pops! Come back soon. One other exciting thing happend this week...Jeremy and I took a trip. It was 3:30 in the AM and Holly had been up all night and woke me for some help. So I offered to take them downstairs so she can sleep uninterrupted. Holly went down with Jordan and I followed...laptop and tea in my left arm and Jeremy in my right arm (like a football). Took a few steps, lifted my left leg and then my right foot slipped off the step hit the next step and kept going. My back and tail bone crashed down on the stairs and when I hit, Jeremy rolled out of my arms. He was swaddled really tight and started sledding down the stairs...some how I just slammed the stairs and sat up right away and grabbed him. In that split second all the worst horrible thoughts ran through my mind and I was just sick. Holly came running back up terrified. I was holding Jeremy and knew everything was fine and then the pain settled in. After Holly panicked, Jeremy started crying...but I walked him down stairs and he went back to sleep. Worst part was just having to clean up the tea I spilled.

Tasty Dinner and More Baby Pics
Adam and Jessi came over this evening with Jessi's homemade enchiladas and bean soup. Both were incredibly tasty...can't wait for the leftovers tomorrow. They also brought along some valentine's onesies and much needed burp clothes. Pretty cool. Not sure if I updated the last time I added photos to the album. We are now up to 129...I just added 9 more tonight. Once again, here is the PHOTO ALBUM LINK.
Oh, and I made Jeremy's first LOL tonight. Used a picture that looks like he is using the Force.

28 Weeks Later
It has been 28 weeks since the Rage virus first spread throughout Britan. NATO forces have been repopulating...oh, sorry. Wrong 28 Weeks Later. 28 weeks later and we have had 2 baby showers (both Raider themed, cool eh?), the kiddos weigh over 2 lbs, have eye lashes and are blinking and...they have names!! No more Baby A and Baby B for these dudes.
It is our pleasure to introduce Jeremy Alan (Baby A) and Jordan Andres (Baby B). They have some awesome clothes, toys, shoes, fancy stink fighting diaper disposal can things, TONS of Raider paraphernalia and more! We were blessed with TWO baby showers and our friends and family went out of their way to make our "Raider" showers amazing. Just this weekend we got
our cribs, mattresses and car seats...2 of each. With the awesome gift cards from Westside Church of Christ (EPT) and more gift cards from friends, we barely spent a couple hundred for those big ticket items. Here are pics from the showers. This first set are my pics from my mom, sister and nieces who stayed with us during the first shower weekend. [PHOTO ALBUM 1]
This one is from the same weekend, pics my sista took. [PHOTO ALBUM 2]
This one is from the second baby shower, pics that Michelle and Ray took. [PHOTO ALBUM 3]
Holly seems to get bigger every day. Jeremy and Jordan are kickin' and punchin' and it is great to see it and feel it. Sometimes they'll kick and it will make Holly's leg kick. Pretty hilarious to see. Now I just gotta get Holly to put down the Mario Kart so we can start organizing the babies' room.
