T-Bone's NFL Picks for Week 4

T-Bone is NOT doing so good. I tried to warn him about picking the Texans and Rams, but he wouldn't listen. He picked more upsets this week...he picked the Chiefs over the Broncos and the RRRAIDERS over the Chargers.
